Hi, Don’t know about your printer but usually when the paper crumples it is because it is not being fed into the printer evenly. This could be due to dirty or worn pickup rollers. Try cleaning the rollers and check if that resolves the problem. Also check the rollers for wear. Here’s a video (not for your printer) that shows how to clean
